Personality and Appearance: Jos is a nervous guy. Afraid of messin up. He's very smart and knows his stuff.
Background: Jos was born in Idaho on Earth. His parents were Starfleet officers killed by the Borg. He was raised by an old maid aunt who wanted him to run her farm. He left and went to the Academy instead. He has a photgraphic memory, never forgets anything. (Like in Unforgettable) He went through the Academy quicker than normal. Then was given the Endeavor as his ship. He's still learnin but doin great so far.
